Always hungry

Hello my darlings. Ok, well I'm 12 weeks pregnant and lately I am SOO hungry all the time. Like right now, I ate lunch at about 11:30 I had a sandwich, some chips, and an apple. It is only 3:00 and I feel like I'm starving, like I haven't eaten all day! This happens quite a bit. I have really been watching what I eat since I have really high blood pressure so I don't want to eat more than what I need to be eating. What do y'all suggest? I bring little snacks to work with me to try and get me thru the day (healthy snacks) but I'm just so HUNGRY! Can y'all suggest any really filling snacks that are light on salt and not too fattening? Or should I eat ANOTHER sandwich? lol I don't know how to keep my tummy happy!

un salted nuts and anything high in fiber like triscuits The make a low salt one or something try to add some protein to every snack like cheese or peanut butter (the natural kind you can get salt free) munch on carrot sticks umm that's all I can think of now good luck hun!
