toilet-training a potty-trained toddler

my dd knows to use the potty when she has to pee, but she's terrified of the toilet.  i finally got her to sit on it bare-butt, but she won't pee....and i can see this becoming a huge problem when we go out, since "no more diapers for big girls".  any ideas?

oh, and she won't even with a potty attachment

Have you tried one of the folding seats you put on the potty that are smaller? They might make her feel more secure.

since about 17-18 months old my middle son knew when he had to potty but would NOT sit on the toilet... finally at 20 months i put him in some undies... he wet himself once and didn't like it lol... he was toilet trained from then on

good luck!

No idea.. I started my little ones out on the toilet with one of those toddler cushions that fit over the seat.
