Evenflo titan elite question

I was wondering I just bought this carseat today and I have read the manual front to back, but it doesn't say (and if it does than I obviously misread it) for FF where the level of the straps have to be. I know it has to be in one of the top two knotches, but is it suppose to be above, level or below the shoulder when you place your child in it to buckle? Hopefully this makes sense! lol

I have that carseat..I'm here to save the day!! LOL For FF it has to be right at or above shoulder level. RF is at level, or below. How old is your child, and how much do they weigh??

Thanks so much!  Sorry I didn't reply back. I ended up having to get off in a hurry because my little one woke up. Anyway, I thought thats what it was suppose to be, but I just wanted to confirm that and my book doesn't say anything about it. In my book on pg. 33 there isn't a  number 3. It only goes to #2 and it tells you how to unbuckle your child and says nothing about about the straps and what positions they should be in. Its wierd! Anyway my DS is 1 and weighs 28pds.

I've had the carseat since last summer and I like it pretty well. No complaints about it. I do however wish I would have saved more money and got a True Fit or a My Ride 65. They rear face longer and also FF longer as well. They also accomodate taller children. My DS will outgrow the Titan before he hits the weight requirements. Which means another carseat to buy. I am in the process of saving up for one of the others. Just thought I would throw that out there.
