Should I say or do something?

My 10 year old had a reward trip to skateland last week. Her classmate and friend was not supposed to go because she did not have a permission slip. apparantly her parents did not want her to go. The new lunch aid allowed the kid to go anyway and she fractured her shin. Now the lunch aid is blaming the kids and telling them its their fault and they almost got him sued. I am tempted to call the school and discuss this or at least discuss this with the teacher and bring it up to her so that she knows this guy is blaming this on the kids. Or maybe he is in enough hot water and I should keep out of it.

I'm confused...why was it left up to a lunch aid to decide who could go and who couldn't go?

Is the lunch aid talking to your child about the incident? If so, I would talk to the school. Otherwise, I'd just stay out of it.
