a babyhawk mei tei carrier when their infant was small? If so how did you pay for it? Check, money order, paypal, etc...

I ordered one a few weeks back and went to pay for it using my paypal account. Their link did not direct me to paypal, so I have still not paid them. I have tried to contact them 3 times now over this issue. They have responded once saying that if I give them my paypal addy then they will send me and invoice. I have sent them my address 3 times and still received no invoice. So I have contacted them twice more and still nothing... I know my order is fulling because that is what the order history on their site says; however, I would like to pay up so there is no confusion.

So my question is how does this work? Do they send you an invoice after the carrier is made or what? I am getting pretty agrivated over this.

ok so then it shouldnt be a shady seller. i would contact them again telling them all the times u have contacted them, the number of times u have sent them ur email addy for paypal and still nothing.

i would think u would pay before ur order is made from what i understand from their site. if cheques have to be cleared before made i would expect then when using paypal, etc, money must be there before its made.  and with their cancelation policy, u cant cancel after 24 hours so again, if a person hadnt paid before hand, they could cancel and leave the company hanging.

Thanks. I will try again Monday. I am about to cancel the order and see if I can get a "rip off" version of it. Bad C/S is one of my pet peeves.

i hear ya. i got my pikkolo from a site called tender cargo and they were great and i got it in speedy time. they also sell the babyhawk. http://www.tendercargo.com/catalog/Babyhawk.html

Thanks for the link. If I don't hear anything within a couple of days after trying again then I will probably order one from this site.

Well the following business day they got back to me and apparently they had been spelling my paypal addy wrong which was why I wasn't getting an invoice. It's all fixed now and I will get my babyhawk! I am so excited. Thanks for the help!
