Here is a good one i make all the time

             Cheesy Slow Cooker Chicken

6 bonless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 and a half pounds)

2 cans (10 and 3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 can (10 and 3/4 ounces) condensed Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted

 Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

 hot cooked pasta

 1) Place 3 chicken breasts in crockpot. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Repeat with 3 remaining breasts and seasonings.

 2) Combine soups in meduim bowl, pour over chicken. Cover, cook on low 6 to 8 hours or until chicken is tender. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Serve over pasta.

                 Makes 6 servings

Hummus.  Cook the chickpeas for 8 to 10 hours on high, drain and run through your food processor.  Add some lemon juice, garlic, and you're all set.

All day chicken stew.  A whole chicken goes into the crockpot in the morning with enough water to cover.  By mid afternoon, it's pretty much falling apart.  Drain off about half the water.  Fetch out the bones and skin.  Add a jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce (or make your own).  Add any extra spices/herbs you like.  Cook on low for another 45 minutes to an hour, stirring every 10 or 15 minutes to break up the chicken.  Serve over rice, noodles, or couscous.

The best thing I have ever cooked in a crockpot:

Pork shoulder roast!

Ingredients:

1 pork shoulder roast

4-6 medium red potatoes

4 carrots or 1 cup baby cut carrots

1 onion

1 packet lipton onion soup mix

1.5 cups chicken stock or vegetable stock (I prefer chicken)

In the crock pot, put the potatoes (scrubbed but not peeled), carrots (cut into 2" chunks), onion cut into quarters, and pork shoulder roast on top of the vegetables. pour in stock and sprinkle lipton soup mix on top of the roast and the vegetables. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. SO yummy! Serve with rolls. You can use the liquid to make a gravy if you want.

Crock pots are so easy. Throw some chicken breasts in there with a can of soup they come out awesome. You really cant screw up crockpot cooking.

Chili:

Brown ground beef. Add beans, chili mix/seasoning, onions, peppers, ground beef, green peppers salt and pepper. Cook on low for about 3 hours or higher heat if you need it fast. A tip, add about a 1/2 cup of your favorite beer.

Beef tips & rice (or mashed potatoes):

Put beef stew meat in crock pot with one cup of beef broth or water.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 5-6 hours.

Cook white rice (or mashed potatoes) and serve beef tips over it.

EASY & YUMMY!

Cheesy Chicken:

Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

Put in crock pot with 2 cans of cream of chedder soup, and one can of cream of chicken soup.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 5-6 hours.

Serve over white rice or mashed potatoes.

SO YUMMY! :D

This one is so easy but so good!  Take a beef, pork or venison roast and 2 jars of peppercinis(I normally get the whole ones and take the stems off an remove some of the seeds but you can get the already sliced ones. Anyways I normally put the roast in the oven for an hour to brown it but you don't have to. Put the roast peppers and juices from the jar in and some water until your pot is full. Cook on high when you're awake low when you're sleeping. stirring every so often. I cook mine for a day. It will fall apart and be shredded meat. In the end its so flavorful we eat it on buns or by itself
