I have my son's old convertible carseat, for a while I was using it for my daycare but I'm gonna to be going back to school this summer. I can't decide if I should sell it or not, its in good condition still but it expires next year. I would obviously make sure that whoever was interested in it knew that it would only be good for the rest of this year but it makes me nervous they would still continue to use it.
Would you sell & just hope that the person buying it listens to you or would you just junk it?
I would give it away or junk it. Since it expires soon, I wouldn't expect someone to pay for it.
I would not sell it, there's basically no value in a used car seat at all, let alone one that's going to expire in less than 10 months. I did donate mine to a client of my SIL's, but my SIL knows it's never been in an accident and that it's got more than 2 years left before it expires. there's no way I would have tried to sell it, and it's very unsafe to buy a used car seat.
I just figured like $10. It seems like the stuff I try to give away, no one wants but the stuff I sell (even cheap) ppl will take. I guess they just think its junk if I try to give it away. I'm not really wanting to make any money, just thought someone could use it since I'm not

I would sell it really cheap since it expires and let the person know they are getting is dirt cheap because it expires.
I would probably give to someone I knew or just junk it!!!
