Okay so who has this type of friend...

I had dd's b-day party sunday. Well she was invited with her son okay. She says shes comming on facebook. Well she texted me some spam while the party was going on for some best friend thing. I asked later told her on facebook we missed her and marcus at the party. Now on her wall she said another really wasted weekend... so I was like okay so you told me you are going to bri's party and miss it to get wasted. So I wrote saying we missed them etc. Well she says shell text me (I think because she doesnt want anyone else to see her blatant lie). She texts me she went through a misscaraige yesterday... I asked nicely why where you getting drunk then because I read her wall. She then repeats I didnt know I was pregnant.... doesnt add up. I would HATE it if she really had one but she does shit like this all the time. I can't say she is making it up even though it seems like she is. She is the kind of person who would do something like that rather than tell the truth. Last year she did pretty much the same thing so we stopped going to her sons parties because she isnt really a good friend anymore. I used to be best friends with her but now she is so preoccupied with her new b/f's she is dating every week only to get dumped right away for cheating on them or something else. I guess this is more of a vent than anything else.I didnt say anything mean to her back because I am not like that. Just what do you think? Truth or lie?

Yes.

My so-called "best Friend" has made an excuse for both of my dd's bday parties. She said she would come & the same thing happened, she had something on her FB wall about going "partying" WHILE my dd's bday party was going on. I asked her why she wasn't there and she tried to tell me her car broke down one year & the next year she was "stuck in a flood".....A flood that never happened in our state LOL.

It happens when I invite her out to hang out with me too, always an excuse & then there are always pictures of her partying it up...

I'm giving her 1 more chance before I drop her for good.

Could be a lie(the misscariage story) because she's ashamed of herself, and just can't admit to you that she was tempted to waste time with her guy of the day.
