Just have to shake my head at the 'brilliance' of some people.

Okay, it's been snowing and raining a lot here lately.  When the snow melts, it becomes water in the ditches, right?  Anyway, I just have to laugh at my neighbors across the street.  Back in the summer, they did some work on their property.  Nothing wrong with that.  They put up a gate at the end of their driveway.  Well, there is a ditch that runs along both sides of the road.  It's always been there.  They decided that they didn't want the part of the ditch in front of their house to have water in it, so they blocked off the round cement thing under their driveway, so that the water couldn't run through from the other side.  Anyway, now whenever it rains, the water just builds up there and then runs over their driveway and into the ditch in front of their house and continues on down the road.  It was funny watching them the other day, standing in their driveway trying to figure out why the water was coming over their driveway.  I watched them in the summer when they blocked the ditch up and now I've watched them wonder why the water is still getting into the ditch in front of their house.
