How stupid can you get?!?!

I didn't catch the full story but I seen on the news that two women that are sisters {one has a 3 year old and the other has a 9 year old} left their kids at Chuckee Cheese by themselves so that they could go shopping at the mall, about 45 minutes from where I live. They got charged with child endangerment and I'm not sure what else since I didn't get to catch the full story but what the heck are people thinking? Someone could have kidnapped them!!!

Our Chuck E Cheese stamps the kid's and at least 1 parent's hand with the same stamp, so that the kid can't be taken out by someone else.

But it's still stupidly irresponsible of the parents.
