I just graduated from an accelerated LPN program in December! CONGRATS!!!!!!! The school I went to did not have a pre admission interview, so IDK what to tell you to expect. I just wanted to tell you congrats on getting accepted...I know how competitive and hard it is to get in..(.I had to apply twice.) Once you start, it's gonna go by so fast, you will be graduating before you know it! Good Luck, and if you ever need any other questions answered or just need someone to talk to when it gets hard, add me as a friend!
Yes ask questions!! ask questions about your hours, for example I was told hours were from 8 to 5 but hours changed in the winter...
Ask about benefits, ask about thenumber of sick days allowed....How long is your lunch break.
Always ask questions, if you don't they think you aren't prepared or something. Oh I bet you'll get asked what you do best and what you need to work on.
Good luck!!! I hope you get the job of your dreams!!
Congrats!! I have been accepted to the LPN program at my college for this fall also! I am so excited and cannot wait to start, and then finish!!! We didn't have an interview either, so I can't help you, sorry :( But good luck!!!
I am in nursing school...Definitely ask about their success rate with boards!! Just be open and honest about everything that they ask you!! Good luck!
I would not ask about the lunch break. If you go in there with breaks on your mind, they are not going to accept you. Ask what grade level you must maintain so as not to get the boot from the proragm. With my school once you were accepted you had to maintain a 3.0, or B average the entire time. Some classes wanted an A average, such as Drug Calculation, you had to pass that class with a 90 or above. Congrats! I hope you do well!
I was just thinking this too.
