So I'm watching Dr. Oz and its only 7 min in. But they are talking about anthrax and how it could kill a whole state of people by a little plane flying by. It sounds like he is trying to cause panic. It doesn't really sound helpful to me. It sounds like another way to make people be more paranoid about every little thing.
