the whole military wives, my husband is better than your husband stuff.

is old news. everyone loves a wife that wears her husbands rank =]

the debate about the money that our husbands make, is none of your business. NO amount of money, great or small will compensate these brave men and women that give their lives for our country. i'm just tired of seeing disrespectful and ungrateful people. period.

if you are a civilian wife, you will never know how it feels to be us. plain and simple. thats how it is. yes, when we married our s/o we chose this life, but does that make it any easier? no, it doesn't. so instead of spending your time arguing with us about rank, pay or whether or not we receive financial aid, wic, fs, or any other form of help, write a letter to a family that has lost their husband, son, brother, daughter, sister, mother, wife or father. that will put things in perspective for everyone.

Thats the most intellegent thing I've ever seen you write and I completly agree with you. Except there are civillians who are gone just as often as our husbands except they are in a combat zone. Nobody likes to be alone and sure its harder for us because we worry but civillian wives (some) face being alone just as often.

Im not nor has Ive ever been involved myself or an SO who is in the miltary. I hear of this a lot from cafemom. It is a very childlike quality to have acting as if you are higher or better than anyone. When it all boils down No one is better than the next under normal circumstances.

Agreed.  And police officers, fire fighters, etc. also risk their lives for the sake of the people of this country.  I get SO tired of hearing about how the military is best and everybody should give them everything and they deserve so much.  A lot of people deserve a lot more than they get so move on!

yeah. you know, everyone is always going to think they are entitled to more.

because people are greedy. and thats what motivates a lot of this argument.

OK well , your bitchy comments back to everyone explains everything ! my response was not rude to you it was stating a fact , so on that note I will leave this ridiculous post and "poster" who obviously is the one who wants to fight.

who cares! i don't. don't give me this bullshit that no civilian wife knows what it is like, i really dont care what it is like for you, im sorry your husband has to work and risk his life, but that is all. do u really care what it is like for any other women, besides military wife's, i bet not? none should try to understand anyone's life or act like one is harder then the other. does not matter if your military or not, no one can understand anyone's life periode you know why because your not living their life, you are living your life. so none knows what each other is going through because everyone is going through different things. we all are just trying to survive!
