Why are Military Wives better and harder then Civilian Wives? EDIT NOT LOOKING FOR DRAMA

 So I just read in another post that Military Wives have much more on their plate then any other kind of wife and mother.

HELLO!!! How do you know what I deal with day to day? How do you know if my husbands job requires long hours and weeks away from home?

How do you know anything about my life and how dare you think your life is harder then anyone elses....

I am not saying all military wives think this way because I know they dont. I have seen post over the last few days where military wives are saying they have a harder life then civilian women. I am just sick of people forgetting about the single moms, the widows, the wives who have husbands gone all the time for work, the moms who deal with disabled children and so on.

We all have it hard. There is no reason to put yourself higher then everyone else because you think you have it harder.

 

Ok ladies I am done fighting about this. I was asking an opinion I was not asking to start drama and a debate over who has a harder life. Like other posters have said each and everyone is fighting some kind of battle. Personally I love my life and I dont think its hard at all.

Why did you make a special post?  Do you need validation for your life from people on the Internet.  It's not attractive when anyone does this.  Civilian or not.

personally i think being a single parent it harder.....at least these woman have finacial support and benifits for their kids instead of a dead beat dad!

i think what makes them feel it can be harder is because there aren't many that live the life and so the amount of people that can actually relate to them is small...makes you feel isolated after a while but i have yet to see one actually say they think they are "better" than everyone else. Since when does "this shit sucks and its hard" translate into "better" ?
