Who CARES!?!?!
The real question is....What is everyone having for dinner?
We are having crock pot lasagna!
Recipe:
1 lb ground meat
1 medium onion, chopped (~1/2 cup)
3 cans (15oz) Italian style tomato sauce - I used 3 15oz cans of diced tomatoes and 1 small can of Italian tomato sauce
2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups shredded mozarella cheese
1 15oz container ricotta cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
15 uncooked lasagna noodles
1. Cook meat with onions until no longer pink and drain; add tomatoes, basil, and salt.
2. Mix 1 cup mozarella cheese, all of ricotta cheese, and cup of parmesan cheese.
3. Spoon 1/4 meat mixture into crock pot and top with 5 noodles (you might have to break them). Spread 1/2 cheese mixture and then 1/4 of meat on top and top with 5 more noodles. Add remaining cheese and 1/4 meat mixture and top with 5 remaining noodles. Top with remaining meat mixture.
4. Cover and let cook on low for 4-6 hours.
5. Sprinkle top with 1 cup mozarella cheese. Cover and let stand about 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
