What cheese goes with bologna?

I'm trying to dissect a recipe for a fried bologna sandwich with onions and green peppers. They use some sort of white sliced cheese, but I don't know what it is. Any ideas? It's not white cheddar...maybe Muenster??

What does it taste like?

If it tastes like nothing it could be american? Muenter has orange spots.

there's also provolone or mozzeralla?

Hmmm I think it's provolone...the cheese is all melty and I can't see if there was any orange in it or not from all the mustard on top. I'll go to the deli and buy a slice of both, LMAO!
