 Almond Bark (also known as vanilla flavored candy coating) is an artificial chocolate made with vegetable fats instead of cocoa butter and with coloring and flavors addedwith coloring and flavors added

thank you all for your answers!!  I am making cake balls and was wonderijng if that is what ppl use.

 

I know I am stupid!!!   but need to know.  if not  is there a brand to look for when getting white choc?

 I used white almond bark to make peppermint bark during Christmas time, so I guess so lol.

yes it is. i only know because my dad can't eat salt because of a really bad disease/infection i tihnk its called minnear? but anyway, he loves almond roca so i make him some that he can eat each christmas with almond bark

I use white almond bark all the time. I use it to dip cake balls in, to cover pretzels, to make peanut clusters, etc. It works as white chocolate!

 No its not chocolate its flavored candy coating,You can find white chocolate chips next to the chocolate ones
