haha...theres this couple on there..who had a baby girl. the husband said "we purposly didnt get a carseat because we thought the one that the hospital would provide would be good enough"...haha.....then he talks bad about the free carseat..

yes....the hospital near me says its your "baby shower" gift from them.
Where I live you can't leave the hospital without a car seat but they sure don't give out any free ones that I am aware of. If you are having a baby you know what things you need. I would hope car seat would be on the top of the list right next to diapers.
i've seen so many babies on thoes showes go home in seats with loose straps and low chest clips.. you'd think if you were going to show it on tv you'd make sure the child was strapped in correctly
