All the papers are signed, just not sure what day we will move in, but it'll be in April for sure!!

I want to move there too! Can't even find a house in Jersey for that price! and I also have a 4 bed...21/2 bath...my taxes are10,000 a year!

LOL - Nevada has no state tax. Property taxes are a lot cheaper here too.
