OMG I AM LIVING NEXT TO A CRACK HEAD WHO RAPES OLD PEOPLE!
OK NOW THAT I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION.....
Yay....I am so excited. Today we sat down with our Realtor and put an offer in on a home.
The home has been on the market since July 09 and every time dh and I would drive by we would stop and look at it. We would mention to each other how we would decorate for each holiday, do this with the lawn or do that with it.
Well we were sitting in bed the other night and he said "Let's do it" I looked at him and said "I am to tired tonight lets wait till morning" HAHA I thought he was talking about sex...he was talking about buying the house.
We currently live in the house I grew up in. My dad has let us rent from him. I have always wanted to be in this house and I was not sure why. My parents went through a divorce in this house and I am pretty sure I wanted to be in this house to try to get something back....memories...my parents together....something.
I am proud to say that I was finally able to let go. Its not the house that is going to give me what I am missing.
We find out monday if we got it....only problem is that there is an open house at the house on sunday!
So here is the house we put an offer on. I am so excited it is perfect for our family!

Thanks. I know its not someones dream home but it works for us. We are a young family of 4 and need something we can grow with and this house does it.

We have been renting for over 3 years. This past year we lived in my childhood home. We also decided to wait until I was almost done with my AA degree which is next week!
It will come sooner then you think. Take your time and try to save some cash cause I did not know you need alot of it before you even buy a home haha
