YESYESYES!! FINALLY! Really Pic heavy! Sry just really excited!!!
After 8 months of dealing with losing 2 bids, backing out of a short sale due to a bad inspection and 4 months of dealing with the bank on this one WE GOT THE KEYS TO OUR HOUSE!!! It is officially closed as of today! We are changing the locks and the electric is switched to our name tomorrow and turned on tomorrow ( we had to get a new electrical box). We can start painting tomorrow and move in this weekend!! OMG!! We have a house and its fully payed off thanks to my hubby's grandparents! God bless them! We just have the yearly taxes from now on! Its such a relief to not have to struggle paycheck to paycheck and be able to save finally! IM SO HAPPY! Ok sorry just had to share my excitement! Here's the pics. We have a lot of painting ( the paint looks ok in pics put its really bad and splotchy in person) and changing the kitchen hard wear ( eventually gutting it) and redoing the master bath and get new appliances! Im just so happy to finally have a place to call HOME!
