Question about condom retrieval...

 I have always wondered about something.  Why do women go to the ER or a doc to get condoms removed if they slip off inside? 

I mean, it isn't like your vagina is the black hole that is vast and endless.  I would use the end of a toothbrush to dig that thing out if I had to before I would have a doctor retrieve it.  Well, not actually. I am sure fingers would suffice. 

What is up with these vaginas that eat condoms up?

 My cousin was training for EMT and was at the hospital one day and he said,lol...... a big buff dude came in because he had a vibrator slip into his hiney and couldn't get it out. He was so freaked out! lol
