tonight was my ex's turn to have the kids. since its spring break. he was to bring them back tomorrow at 7am. well around 5 tonight my son calls and asked if i could come and get him. i asked to talk to his dad and asked why Dalton wanted to come home for. he said that he had got on to him for not minding and that everything was fine. well i asked to talk to dalton agin )because he has NEVER asked to come home and normally when he gets into trouble he yells for maybe a min then its done (by the way he is only 4) well dalton said that daddy had hit him with a hanger. i told him i would be right over to make sure everything was ok. i got over there and i could here my ex yelling shut the hell up. i walked in the door and all my kids are crying. i asked what was going on and he said "this damn baby wont stop crying" he was talking about our 6 month old. so i changed her diper and made her a bottle and she was fine. i told him that i was going to take the kids back home with me since he was clearly stressed out. he said fine take the damn brats home. well when we got home dalton said that his leg hurtso i looked at it. he had 5 welps on his leg and my other son 3 i asked what had happend and they said that they were playing loudly and that daddy came in with a hanger and hit them. so i looked them all over and my middle son who is 3 had two across his back. i called the cops. told them what i knew and they came over. my ex was in hand cuffs 30 min later. i hope he injoyed them "playing loudly" because he will NEVER EVER see our kids agin.
oh and i will add pics as soon as i find my usb cable. to my cam.
i just got off the phone with the cops. and cps just left they took pics. he has to see a judge tomorrow morring at 8am to have another bail hearing because his bail right now is only 500 but i think thats waht the cops made it not a judge but not for sure. plus he will be told when he has to go back to court. the cops gave me a protective order so he wont be able to come here if he does make bail. i know it wont be hard to have a judge grant it for 3 yrs plus all the judges we have her have kids and the judge that is taking this case is the same one that granted me the devorce so i know he wont be happy to see him agin. (the judge also has a 4 yr old) i will keep you guys updated.
well we went to court today and the judge gave him a 100.000 dollor bail he has to go back in two months to see if he has to do any jail time. the DA said that she is going to "throw the book at him". his dumb gf was there saying that she needs him out because they have a baby in nicu. ( his new daughter was born on monday) the judge looked at he and asked if she was crazy. cps was there and said that he no longer gets to see the kids and that he can go back in 3yrs to see if they will change there minds.(i dont think they will.)he also lost his job because he got put in jail. now before people start writing this was his 20th time NOT calling into work in the past 2 months so yes they did have the right to fire him.my kids didnt even look at him. i also have his gf daughter at my house because her sister droped her off here yesterday. she is such a sweet kid. but that is a differnt story. if you want to know i will tell you waht happend there. well thats about all i will write back as soon as i know something more.
Wow. What a douche. Keep us updated hun. I hope he gets in big trouble.
