Desperate plee for help!!!

My mom left my father about a year ago....she moved out to arizona to live with a 23 year old and left her grandkids and my brother behind....She doesnt seem happy out there and can't find a job...she's applied to so many places...found one then got fired for being too good at what she did....Me and my sister want her to come home....well my sister would let her live with her family and help her find a job to build an income then help her find an apartment.....but she won't do it.....How do I not "make" her come but get her to do this? I know I might sound selfish or something but I just want my mom to be happy.... please help!

Honestly, I don't think there really is anything you can do. It's something she is going to have to want. Right now, pride might be getting in the way. The best thing you can do is support her in whatever she decides to do.

Unfortunately, if she doesn't want to come home, she's not going to come home. You can tell her your plans and everything, but it might not work. Sorry....

My mom's been in an abusive relationship for years....I've tried many, many times to get her to leave him...other people have tried too.....but, she won't do it....

 Your mom has to make her own choices. Life is all about choices.  Just let her know you will support her choice.

I agree with the pp's, she will have to make her own decisions.  Just be there for her and let her know she is always welcome.
