Nope, this is about the million and one posts along the lines of "I'm bleeding to death, should I go to the hospital?"... And nope, I haven't showed anything on me to anyone either via text or online, I am also alone with my kids and my husband and if its something that TRULY concerns me I call MY doctor or I would do the research myself until the doctor's office is open.

You mean you don't treat your medical issues at home! *shakes head* I hate those posts. I mean if it's bad enough that you would come on CafeMom to question others about it why not pick up the phone and call a medical professional. Hell a friend who is a nurse is better than strangers on CafeMom because no offense to anyone, any one of us could say we are a medical professional...

To me its more about support and seeing if other women have experienced the same thing so I know I'm not alone. This is my first pregnancy and I like to compare what Im going through to other women. But I agree that some chicks do ask life-threatening questions when the last thing they should be doing is typing on Cafe Mom.
oh yes ugh, every time I see those posts I have to hold back to not write "pee on the keyboard and wait 3 minutes"... Though sometimes I don't succeed and type it anyways LOL...
