So I was at the store with my kids getting some milk and the man in front of us had 2 kids, a boy who was probably 6 or 7 and a girl that I would guess to be 3, well she was wearing a skirt and sitting on the floor with her legs wide open and no underwear. So even my kids know to look away, but this man in the line next to us was very obviously looking and was even bent at an angle with his head to get a better view, which really was bugging my almost 6 year old dd (even she noticed the creep peeping) and she went and told the little girl that everyone could see her pee pee which the little girl ignored, but the dad turned around and had her stand up and the creepo in the next line was mumbling what a bitch my dd was, ugh you f-ing creepo!
I thought this too while in line, but I also think from the way the dad handled the kids in line and on the way out and one other time i saw him in the store that he didn't take them out by himself often

And for all we know, the girl might have had an accident while they were out and they didn't have an extra pair. Or anything. I'm not sure why the dad is being portrayed as the bad guy here.
OP, if I were you, I would have told the dad about the other guy staring at his daughter's crotch.

i have no clue why no one said anything to that fucking perv. Not only for BEING a sick fuck, but for calling your daughter a bitch??? i would not have been able to keep my mouth shut. i probably would have said something to the dad too... he is inviting shit like that to happen by letting that shit slide. *smh*
I have a 3 year old girl who has been potty training, mind you we have never gone out of the house but there has been times when she dont have undies on because she has taking them all the way off to go potty. Probally the case with the dad.
But the creepy man you did the right thing by keeping your cool but man that would have been hard to not go apeshit on him!
