I hate when I see people smoking as they push a stroller... i dont understand why people would do that... second hand smoke is horrible for adults never mind little lungs.... I can care less if someone smokes but why must you do it around your little children??? I know some might say its none of my business but it bothers me cause your risking the health of your child.... everyday that i go walking with my son... i see at least 1 person doing it... if you want to smoke go for it... but at least do it away from your kids...

I don't get the people who smoke in the house or in the car with there children. Unfortunately tons of people do it every day.
i have to agree i see ppl doing this to i guess they think the smoke isnt going to harm the child since they wind is blowing the smoke in a different direction..
yeah its usually blowing the smoke on my son!!! so annoying lol

If you have seen someone smoking while pushing a stroller, chances are, they are outdoors... And the chances of a smoke particle going up the baby's nose since smoke rises is............. Lets not even try to figure that one up. Letting little things like that get to you is doing you more harm than it is doing them.

OMFG...they are outside for Christ's Sake, not inside or in a car with the windows rolled up. I don't even smoke but I think this is taking not smoking around children a bit far. The PPM of carcinogens getting to the child when the smoke is dispersed in the outside air is next to nothing if anything at all unless the mother is actually bending down and blowing it right in the kids face. Get a grip, people smoke, and it's not harming their kid if they are out doing it in the open air.
What annoys me is that ODS has asthma, and his BM smokes around him and lets her parents smoke around him in teh house (they live with her parents) and doesnt have a care in the world, yet gets mad if he has to go to the doctor...hmmm *facepalm*
ETA: about the OP, they are outside...my Dh smokes, and he has handled oru kids after, and neither of our two (excluding ODS) has any breating problems
