OMG ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS!!!!!!

After not seeing his kids but like 5 to 6 times a year for the past 4 years and barely paying child support or evening calling to say hey how are you or Happy Birthday I Love You  the sperm donor of a father to my wonderful kids calls and wants me to drop his child support through the court system He has payed nothing since October of 2009 and now this. Is he crazy or am I having a nightmare.  He has court next friday and wants me to go so i can drop it.  he says that it would be easier if he pays it through me instead of them.  what would you do?

 um negative.. lol If he doesn't pay the system who will enforce even if it means jail.. and he doesn't pay that what in the world would make a person think he would actually pay you? Horrible idea, don't go through with it.

no way would i drop it...and no way would i believe he would pay me without someone like the courts breathing down his neck. If you ever wanna get paid again, then dont drop it.

Not on your life!! If he really isnt paying now why on earth would he do it when he wasnt forced by the state to??? I think its crazy he thinks you would let him. DONT!!!!

no. & i dont know about your state but in mine if u drop it, u can't go back & change your mind in a year or two. proceed with caution..
