I was just reading a description that a mom had about herself on another site. She said something like "I have two mad-hot sons (16 and 21)".
I think this sounds a little creepy to refer to your sons as "hot". I think I would use a term that stayed a little further away from the more sexual terms. I would use something like cute, attractive, or handsome.
What do you guys think?
Hmm. Hot to me isn't a sexual term. It's a synonym of cute or attractive. So yeah, if my DS grows up to be good looking, I might call him "hot" or whatever the slang term is at the time.
Uhhh yeah hawt is bit much for me.. Maybe handsome but not hawt!
See, I see the word "hot" being very close to sexy. If I heard a grown man say that a 4 year old girl was hot, I would get creeped out and get the little girl away as quickly as possibly. If the same man said, "She is cute." that has a whole different meaning to me.

i just told my 7 year old son he was hot, and he told me i was gross. i kind of agree with him. i wouldnt feel comfortable telling him he was hot, it like telling my daughter she is sexy.
