Is it possible you can gain weight from being on your period .I'm dieting and still gaind 3 lbs durng my period

 Yes, because of extra water gain, which causes the bloating.

Yes.  My weight can fluctuate as much as 5 pound at that time of the month.  Sorry.  I know how frustrating that is.  :(

Yes.  From what I understand, you need to give yourself a 5lb leniency.

I always did, when I was 18/19 years old I weighed only 98 lbs (I'm 5'3") the only time I would reach 100 lbs was whenever I was on my period, afterwards I would drop again.

YES!!!  i normally weigh in at 153-157 that is my range  i weigh every tue morning usually.  well last month was my first period in 5 years(had my iud removed).  well tue before this past one i got on the scale and it said 153, this past tue morning i got on the scale and it said 162.4!!!  i about died!  i was so depressed most of the day i didnt understand it!  that afternoon i started my period, so thursday morning i got brave and wanted to see if the number had went down and it was already back to 154.4.  and yes my scale is very accurate.  its a digital ww, and always matches the dr scale.  hope that gives you hope
