34 weeks prego and LOTS of pressure "down there"
So for the past 2 days I have had so much pressure down there. Ive had a cold, so every time i cough i feel like im going to pop out a baby. Maybie TMI but i dont want to push even in the slightest going #2 for fear of pushing out a baby too. I dont know how far along my cervix is, and dont have an apt. till the first, im 34 weeks along and am kinda worried. I really hope i am not feeling like this for 6 more weeks! Besides not having constant contractions i feel like i could go into labor any minute. Anyone else having this issue? How are you dealing with this? Should I call my midwife on monday and ask to go in a lil early? AGGGHHH |
You should call and ask her to check your cervix. I had this from 32 weeks on....the baby more than likely has just dropped like in my case. However, my DD was born 3 weeks early adn we believe that they had my due date off by that much bc since she dropped at what we thought was 32 weeks, if they were 3 weeks off about the due date, then that would have made a perfect 35 weeks and then 40 when I went into labor. So, that is my guess lol =]] Hang in there!!! =]]
Very normal lol. The little one is head down most likely and ready to get out lol. you will not push him/her out though. there is much more that has to happen before that.

lol while you are most likely right, don't always assume. My nurse told me the same thing yet I gave birth to my son's leg lol, but chances are your right in this case.

I will call in the morning i guess, its 11 already so unless something else happens im sure it can wait till then. I hope it is just her engaged, but like i said that will really suck if its going to be another 6 weeks like this. It is constantly uncomfy but gets worse if i am up walking around, and i have a three year old to worry about as well. Is there anything that can be done to relieve this pressure? or do i just have to wait it out?
i felt pressure down there for a few weeks. i couldnt walk for very long because i would start to hurt. thats how i figured she dropped and i had her a week later
