Do you have to actually hand write them?

Not anymore. They are all computerized. The hardest thing is getting across what you want to the parents without making them feel as if their child is an underachiever. Everything has to start with a positive, which is pretty easy since all children have at least one thing they are good at. Basically I have to compress 4 months of achievement into a few sentences, and it's pretty tricky. I also have a tendancy to overthink things, so I probably make it harder for myself than I need to.
