What frustrates you when checking out while shopping or just in general when shopping?
What frustrates you when checking out while shopping or just in general when shopping?
Here is mine
-When its busy and the cashiers are chatting with each other...HATE it. They do it all the time at TJ Max and I just want to tell them to shut up and do their job.
-When the cashiers are chatting with customers when they are busy. Get the line moving and quit running your mouth.
-When customers wait until the end to start searching for money. It's not like they thought it was gonig to be free so why wait to get your money ready.
-When customers are giving change and they have to look at all their quarters to make sure they aren't giving you one of the ones they want to "keep"
-When people block the aisles because they are chatting with frien. Get out my way people!
-When my stuff doesn't get bagged up right. I do NOT want my meat mixed in with my apples.
-When customers are still deciding what they want at the register. Get it or don't get but HURRY up.
I am sure I can think of some more. Give me what you got!
What irritates me the most is when the person in front of you has all their items on the belt and then they leave to go and do more shopping and are gone for 10 minutes...the cashier is through ringing up the items they put on the belt and can't void them out and take you next....that drives me bonkers, lol
the only thing i can think of at the moment is after people load their stuff on the counter and then just leave their basket there behind them while they wait. then i am blocked from loading my stuff onto the counter. this happens all the time. drives me crazy.

-When my stuff doesn't get bagged up right. I do NOT want my meat mixed in with my apples. i just don't like when they bag bread with something really heavy or sharp. or when they bag my yogurt (the yoplait kind with the foil lid) with something sharp. im telling ya, i'll be REALLY pissed if i come home and my yogurt tops have been punctured again.
-When customers are still deciding what they want at the register. Get it or don't get but HURRY up.

When someone cuts in line without asking and the cashier waits on them like nothing happened.
The only thing that really bothers me is when people are blocking the whole isle, they see me standing there and waiting (staring at them) and they don't move. This one lady, I asked if I could get by and she looked at me like I was inconveniencing HER. Then she got in my way again.
Usually that doesn't even bother me all that much. I shop alone while the husband has the kids at home, so I like to drag my experience out as long as possible, lol. Other than what I said, nothing really bothers me. I'm pretty patient and I'm never in a rush.

-When the CSR's or managers are needed and you see them chatting it up. I won't wait for them while the cashier tries to get their attention, I walk straight up to them and say that my cashier needs help. I have no patience for that crap, do your job.
-When they bag EVERYTHING separately. Like one thing to a bag. I do try to bring my own cloth bags to avoid that but sometimes I forget them and I watch the cashiers/baggers put everything separately. I try to say something before hand like, "You don't have to be careful how you bag everything, I've got stairs to climb" and make a joke out of it but they don't always listen.
-When you forget your coupons.
-When they are understaffed and don't have enough lines open.
-When people think it's perfectly fine to chat with you about anything and everything just because you have kids, boobs or a baby belly.
Nothing really. I'm really easy going when it comes to shopping for the most part and even will let people go ahead of me in line if they only have a few items and I have a basketfull.

I know this drives me crazy also....I used to not say anything but I dare someone to try it now, lol I usually tell them "hey buddy there is a line".....OR the express is that way>>>>>"

I hate when items DON'T scan, and you have to wait FOREVER for someone to come, run to the aisle, and look up the price.
When the person in front of me seems to want to argue EVERY single item scanned, that it came up the wrong price.
People blocking the aisle to CHIT CHAT. It's like "move your ass!"
The people who use self check out for their CART FULL of groceris. Don't they get that having that much stuff is FASTER with a checker? I only use self for a small amount of items.
