i have really dark brown hair and almost black eyes. Dh has bright blue eyes and a medium brown hair....blue eyes are dominate in his family and brown are dominate in mine...is there a chance our baby can have dark hair and blue eyes??? haha..I'm hoping....
You never know! Could come up with a hazel eyed beauty!
I guess there would be a chance.
My husband and I both have medium brown hair and hazel eyes, our oldest son is blonde and blue eyed, our middle son is dark brown hair and dark brown eyes, our daughter is blonde and blue eyed. So, I guess anything is possible.
If there's any chance at all, it's probably a slim chance. Brown eyes are dominant.
I have brown eyes and my husband has blue. However everyone on his side of the family has blue eyes and everyone on my side has blue, except for my mom, she has brown. All three of our kids came out with blue eyes, but because it was on both sides of our families.

If you have dark eyes - you can pass either dark eye gene or if you have a recessive blue eye gene - you could pass that. You husband can only pass a blue eye gene, as blue is recessive to all colors. It depends on you. However, you baby will for sure carry a recessive blue eye gene, so you may get a grandbaby one day with blue eyes! Hair color is often a blend of genes, so your baby will probably be a combination of both.
There is a slim chance. My neice has dark brown eyes and her hubs has bright blue and one of their son's go his eyes.
I have green ish eyes and dark brown hair.Dh has dark brown hair almost black and dark brown eyes. DD has beautiful hazel eyes with brown hair and Ds has bright blue eyes with blonde hair..As long as you have the recessive bue eyed gene on your side it is possible.
My husband is Italian, 100% Sicilian. Dark dark hair and dark dark eyes, as well as everyone in his family. I am German, light hair, light eyes, very light skin. lol Our daughter was born with dark brown hair and black eyes....her hair later went to red and now to a dirty blonde....and her eyes are as blue as the sky. :)
