my car was parked in the driveway and he hit it wit a fucking motorhome!!!! theres a dent in the body by the rear door and the bumper is kinda hanging there. i have uninsured motorist and he has full coverage on his truck not the motorhome. he's telling me he'll pay for it, but he wants me to take it to the local colision ctr instead of bmw (its a bmw). wtf am i supposed to do? i've never been in an accident. if i wanted to be a bitch i could call the sherrif and get him a nice dui. what happens if he doesn't pay the bill? he's drunk as hell, like i can smell the beer 2 ft away.
Have him give you a discount on the rent...and that if you can't work something out you might have to contact your lawyer..even if you dont have one that usually works on people who dont want to get a DUI lol.and dont forget to get a estimate on the damage so the values add up.
well he's broke, and i don't really believe that he's going to actually pay. and i don't want to be stuck w a fatty bill.
quick make him sign rent receipts for 2 years free rent or threaten to call the cops, lol
Call your insurance company and call the cops if he is driving drunk.

If you don't want to call the police I would make him sign a contract saying that he hit your car and is willing to pay for ANY AND ALL damages.
its a bmw? definitely call the cops!!! but first get him to sign rent off for a year at least!!!
