I want to start out by saying: NO BASHING. NO ATTACKING. I will report any post I see that seems to be a bash or attack. Thank you.

So, I had this whole thing typed up...and it was LOOOOOONGGGG... and my computer glitched and I lost the whole dang thing...so I'm re-typing it shorter... LOL

Questions for you young moms:

How old were you? Please vote and post in your reply. :D So that I can place your story w/ your age. :D

Did you finish high school? How? Was it hard?

Did you work? If you were under 16, how did you work? Most places can't/won't hire people under 16. Do you still work there?

Did you live at home? With a husband? Boyfriend? Girlfriend? Just friend?

Are you married now? Are you with the father of the child?

Was it an accident? Was it planned? If it was planned, why did you plan to have kids so early? (for example: I wanted to be young enough to understand my kids, while be old enough to raise them, and I wanted to have the energy to raise them/play with them, and someday my grandchildren)  Not bashing "older" moms...

How has having a child changed your life? Or did it change anything?

Do you consider yourself a "mature responsible mom" or not?

Do other people consider you a "mature responsible mom"?

Do you regret it? Or wish you had waited longer? Done it earlier?

Do you think life is harder because you had a child young?

Anyways...really just looking for anything you are willing to tell me.  I have to admit, there was a time when I judged a person's parenting abilities on their age...:(  But by the Grace of God, I have gotten past that. :D So now I just want to understand. I had my first child at 19, and it was hard, but I feel it was a "good" age to have a kid. I was a really mature 13, 14, 15 year old...but can't imagine raising a child at that age...so I'm curious...if you don't mind my being nosy. :D

And if you get bashed or attacked by posting here, and I'm not online right away (I do have a kid to take care of...LOL) Please ignore it until I get back. Please DO NOT FIGHT BACK. Or just report the reply...though I don't want to get this post locked/deleted. :/ I want to learn about people, and in doing so, I can learn to put aside my snap judgements I sometimes make. :D   Thank you in advance. :D :D :D

How do/did you do it? I had a lot of help from family and the baby's dad

Did you finish high school? How? Was it hard? I had already finished highschool but I had to put aside college

Did you work? If you were under 16, how did you work? Most places can't/won't hire people under 16. Do you still work there? work was difficult because I didn't have realiable daycare or transportation. I became a live in nanny and eventually a sahm and wife

Did you live at home? With a husband? Boyfriend? Girlfriend? Just friend? I moved around a lot with my baby. my parents, friends, his parents and eventually our own place. it wasn't easy and very dramatic. i wouldn't recommend it

Are you married now? Are you with the father of the child? yes and yes

It was a stupid choice. we tell people it was an "acciden't" but really we were being stupid and thinking that it couldn't happen to us

How has having a child changed your life? Or did it change anything? it changed everything. I wasn't read. I was 19 and wanted to party and play. I was immature and stupid. But having my son has matured me. I am not trying for our second baby and i'm 22

Do you consider yourself a "mature responsible mom" or not? I am not. I wasn't a bad mom just young

Do other people consider you a "mature responsible mom"? yes. they have more faith in me then I do lol

Do you regret it? Or wish you had waited longer? Done it earlier? oh gosh yes! I wasn't ready at all but I will be young when my kids all move out so it will be all good lol

Do you think life is harder because you had a child young? yes I know it is. but life isn't meant to be easy. easy is for the weak

Eh...mainly under 17...just because I'm really curious about the whole "high school and baby thing"  And especially anyone that had a child at 13, 14, 15 or younger...
