well they say 2 8 oz glasses of milk a day is good for you........so does that mean 2 small orders of french fries are good for you to ?  LOL

oh well that explains it then LOL.... Bet they dont give the bad points of soy milk LOL.   I love my cow milk 2 percent or whole for me.  I know whole isnt that good though but it makes great cream sauces.

They also say that skim milk has the same amount of vitamins in it as whole milk. It just doesn't have all that fatty cream in it. They take the cream out.

I like milk. In all its forms. But I think I'm switching to skim now. :P
