It's not that it kicks in in 4 years. It will be fully implemented by 2014  (they hope). Some of it kicks in right away. Other things in a few months. It's going to be an on going process. You can bet we will be paying for it right away.

I happen to think that " whining " about not having medical insurance is very valid. Especially when you have children that you cantr afford to take the doctor for thier regular check-ups, or to the dentist because apparently you have to be a fucking millionare to be able to afford a dentist.

Healthcare with no insurance is FREAKIN' expensive, especially if you ever need to go the ER.
