 Tell me if you have done this diet, and if so what were your results!!?? My parents both lost 6lb on it in a week, but they only did it for that one week. Leave a post if you want the instructions and i will post them later on!!!!I plan on starting it monday, so anyone who's interested I will post it, and we can do it together!!!!

Ok ladies, so here you go, you HAVE to FOLLOW THE DIET TO SEE RESULTS, so lets do this!!

DAY 1:  Breakfast   1/2 grapefruiet or 8 oz. grapefruit juice
                              1 slice toast 
                             2 tbsp. peanut butter

Lunch -        1/2 cup of 4 oz. tuna (drained)
                  1 slice toast

Dinner-      2 pieces of any kind meat (3oz each piece)
                 1 cup green beans
                 1 cup beets with 1 tbsp. vinegar (red wine or apple cider)
                 1 small apple
                 1 cup vanilla ice cream

DAY 2:   Breakfast   1 boiled egg
              1 slice toast
              1 banana

Lunch-    1 cup cottage cheese
              5 crackers

Dinner-   2 hot dogs (no buns)
               1 cup broccoli (fresh, raw or cooked)
              1 cup carrots (raw or cooked)
              1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

DAY 3-    Breakfast    3 saltine crackers
                                   1 oz cheddar cheese (1 slice)
                                  1 apple

Lunch-        1 boiled egg
                  1 slice toast

Dinner-      1 cup tuna (drained)
                 1 cup beets with red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
                 1 cup cauliflower (fresh, raw or cooked)
                 1/2 cantaloupe
                 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

This diet works on a chemical breakdown. DO NOT CHANGE OR SUBSTITUTE any of the above foods. DO NOT COUNT CALORIES. This diet is followed three days at a time. The other four days you eat anything you want. You should lose 10 lbs each three days of the diet. You should lose 40 lbs of solid fat in a 30 day period by only dieting 12 days. It is easier to diet Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The first month takes off 40 lbs. Each month thereafter 20 lbs.

         You may have coffee, tea or diet drinks, non-nutritive sweeteners.

NO SUGARS, BUTTER OR MARGARINE - - 1 cup = 8 oz.

The diet sounds healthy, but I have concerns about any diet that promotes a loss of 40lbs over a 30 day period. That is extreme weight loss. A healthy weight loss is no more than 3lbs a week.

I am dieting right now with my SO. We already eat very healthy, but we are cutting out all white carbs! No white pasta, no white bredding, no breaded foods (you get the idea). My SO has already lost 5 lbs in a little over a week and I am finally seeing my weight go down for the first time in a year.
