Do you view all forms of PA as 'Welfare'.  Or are Foodstamps, Medicaid, etc. NOT welfare??

Technically, it's not considered "welfare" anymore or at least it isn't supposed to be.  In FL, I know they call them benefits.  I consider all government assistance to be "benefits" or "welfare."

Of course its all welfare.  The foodstamp and medicaid fairies( tax payers) have to pay actual money for the card/coupons you use

I'd consider all government assistance welfare, whether it is or not, I have no idea.
