I NEED A LITTLE ADVICE!!!

 ladies i need some help. i have absoluelty no motivation to go workout but i need to lose weight. we buy nothing but junk food. i need some advice on how to get motivated and lose weight with all this junk in the house. what diet pills work? what can i do? i can't stay focused on anything!!!please ladies i just wanna cry. i feel so bad. i try to buy healthy. i make a list and my husband carries it through the store marking stuff off that he doesn't want and i always forget so yeah. he carries it cuz i can't walk,talk,cross off things,and try to figure out where things are in this store.that's why he gets it.he can multi task

 Check out Weight Watchers online. You can eat anything you want you just have to count it in your points for the day. Throw out the junk!!! I know it's hard but you can do it!! Put up pictures of yourself on the fridge and cupboards so when you reach for something you see that.

 Well, right now I am doing Quick Trim system.  I lost 3 lbs soooo far.  Havent been doing it very long.  I also just got some Diet tea.  Wulong tea. Today is first time I am trying the tea.  I got it from a website.  Buy two boxes, get to free for 56.00 and some odd change.  No shipping and handling.

 DONT do diet pills !!!! they never work your just gonna waste your money ! and if they do work and you lose some weight you will gain it all plus some back.

The best way to lose weight effectivly is honestly eating right and excercizeing daily.

Maybe make your own list and go to the grocery store by yourself and get the things YOU want not what anyone else wants. Maybe join a weight loss group on here for more support and ideas ....

 OH and DONT do those programs were they send you the meals.

Reason: you lose the weight while eating the meals. Then your done with the program and dont get the meals anymore. What are you going to eat ? regular food that you prepare. What happends ? you gain the weight plus some back. Bad idea !

I don't know if this will help but I always go grocery shopping alone.  My hubby will just grab whatever he is in the mood for and I always plan meals ahead.  I would definitely start with cutting out the junk food.  My hubby complains that there is no junk but he gets over it.  We buy stuff like popcorn (that my hubby pops in a pan the old fashioned way on the stove) tortilla chips with salsa, wheat thins with cheese, and occasionally some low fat ice cream for me.  I started walking to help and eventually graduated to going to the gym.  I would have to say though getting rid of the junk will definitely help a lot!!  Drinking a lot of water and eating vegetables helped me lose without even a lot of exercise!!  Good Luck! :)

You have to stop buying the junk, it's going to be near impossible with junk food in the house. Research all the horrors of being overweight- if that doesn't motivate people to lose weight I don't think anything will. Start small, baby steps.

 Try Quick Trim it gave me the motivation, it works, it's not harmful and I lost 20 lbs in 3 wks.

Start out small....increase your veggies

Start drinking more water.  Increase you amount by 1 glass every 3 days.

Try walking....either early in the morning or after dinner with your family.  Start out with doing 30 min at your normal pace.  Then increase your time up to one hour.  Then increase your speed after you feel comfortable walking for one hour at your normal pace.

Stop eating 3 hours before bed.  Eat breakfast every morning with 2 hours of getting up.  And then eat every 3 hours.  Even if its a snack.  Make sure its every 3 hours.   Sit down to eat, don't eat on the run, or while standing.
