Maybe try juice. I need to stop too but water makes me sick when I drink it. Id just replace it with juice and also drink one cup of water a day and juice/milk the rest of the day.

Have a water bottle in your hand instead... Try using kool-aid...

Try switching to diet or zeros. DH hates diet but he likes diet Dr Pepper with cherry. He says the cherry masks the diet taste.

There's only 3 flavors I'll drink.  Blueberry/Pomagrant , Orange is ok and there's a new cherry one.

Also, you can switch to caffine free soda to help.  Just start replacing more water/ flavored water for the pop.

Get rid of all the soda in your house and replace it with flavored water, juice, milk, etc.  There are ALOT of other things out there to drink besides soda.
