Dip them in milk, then flour and fry them.

Cover them in brown mustard and paprika. Put chopped up apples and onions on top, drizzle with honey then cover with foil. Bake at 350 for half an hour (until cooked though) . They are delicious!

I have some thick pork chops laid out for dinner i plan  on baking them in some bbq sauce in the stove. You could season them and wrap them in tin foil in the oven.

This is a good idea too,I might just change my plans lol:http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1727,154162-246196,00.html

Put them in a casserole dish and bake them in barbeque sauce for the day at 250. Make sure you cover with tin foil.

Mix 2 cans Golden Mushroom soup with 1 can of milk.  Cover the pork chops with it and bake. Yummy!
