This past week I had my first ultra sound for baby #4 and my dr said I look about a week behind where I thought. She also said that I had a blood clot. So I didn't say anything about the blood clot on FB when I posted the picture and everyone is asking about it being a twin! One of my friends that has twins said that's what it looked like with her girls! So now I'm freaking out wondering if my OB was wrong about it being a clot!!!! Has anyone else experienced this? what did your u/s look like when you were 6ish weeks pregnant if you had twins?

here is my u/s from my appt:

Do not worry, the doc knows the difference between a blood clot and another baby.  I had twins and my u/s looked similar, but you could tell there was another baby.
