Fruit smoothies anyone?

 Any good fruit smoothie recipes?They are so yummy on a hot day!Has anyone tried plant protein powder in them.I heard it's great for weight loss.

I love smoothies.

Favorite recipe.... 1 yoplait ind size yogurt strawberry flavor, one small can of pineapple juice (the ones that come in 6 pack), and a whole banana.

You can also make smoothies minus the dairy just throw frozen berries/fruit in blender with juice.

BUMP !! I love them but I just usually use some strawberries and bananas and then some yogurt of some kind !!!!

i put fruit yogurt some ice and some freshly juiced juice i don't buy juice i just buy fruit and juice it depends on whats in season.

 Frozen strawberries (in a bag at costco, the not the ones with sugar), banana, juice of any kind (just a little to thin out) and vanilla yogurt.  Sorry I have no measurments, I just dump everything in, no one smoothie is the same for me, LOL.

Every day I make one. I just use half a banana, 4 strawberries, 1/2 cup of blueberries, a half an orange. I don't care for milk, so I put a dash of rice milk in it, or maybe some soy yogurt. I have heard that yogurt makes it dreamy!

Another amazing one is Peanutbutter, banana and milk (again, I use rice)
