Need some help!

So I am starting a new diet, and I need some help one some food! Im not sure what is the best what is the healthiest. I am also going to be doing the 30 day shred.

Also do you think it is ok to do the 30 day shred and Jillian Michaels detox at the same time or do them seperate?

Lean meats, fruit and vegetables are best. Low fat and low sugar are good. Lots of water, and heres a bump! =)
