My cousin begged me to make a Mediterranean style penne dish and so after scouring through cook book and websites I found a couple that sounded good and have been trying them out. OH MY tonights was my favorite! HOLY COW it was so good!
I did a Spanish style penne pasta dish with Garlic chicken... YUM! It was a little labor intensive but hey, lol I didn't actually make it. I just called out directions from the couch ;) (I am on modified bed rest during this pregnancy)... but since I modified the recipes as I saw fit and made them my own I consider it my little "work of art" and get bragging rights ;)
