She has eaten 4 times today and has thrown up everything she has eaten. She is 3 months but he normally only spits up 1-2 times a week. We called her pedi already and he said to try a regular formula (she is on similac sensitive due to lactose sensitivity) and see what happens. If it happens again then take her to ER because their office closes in 10 minutes. I know for certain she is teething but she has no fever, nothing but minor fussiness and the throwing up. Could the teething be causing this? I'm mostly waiting on her to want to eat again to give her the reg formula and see what happens. I just need advice on what might be doing this.

I don't think it's teeth related, but have no other possible reasons to offer.

Yes teething can make a baby throw up! I was freaked out when my youngest did that!! I rushed him to the ER and there was nothing wrong!!! The only thing I will say is that where it is so young, excessively throwing up will make her dehydrate fast!!! So if nothing else, I would at least take her because of that if it continues! All my kids are sick with a tummy virus right now but I live in kentucky and its going around down here!!! Good luck!!
Well, DD is sensitive to lactose which is why we have her on sensitive, she is also allergic to soy. He's basically checking to see if she is growing out of the lactose sensitivity like we do once a month.

My dd had the samething going on when she was about a week old. She ended up being alergic breastmilk, regular formula, and soy. It is prob. A forumla thing. Just do what the dr says and she should be fine.

I don't know momma. It might be teething, but I can't say for sure. Here's a BUMP

It's already decided that we will take her in if she throws up again. I mean its not a little (usually she only spits up roughly 1 teaspoon), it;s closer to 2 ounces. I have changed clothes twice today because of it
