for those of you who breast fed or are currently... When you have a plugged milk duct, is it normal for it to still be a little sore after its unplugged?

Yes! I haven't breastfed for over a year now and I swear I still feel where I had a clogged duct.

Some residual tenderness related to inflammation and the duct healing is normal. Warm compresses before breastfeeds and cool compresses after will help.
