OMG!!! WOW!!! I cant believe what I saw at the park today!!! Not for the easily offended!!! ***EDIT***ANOTHER EDIT***

I am home alone now with my only daughter and I just need to talk to someone about this. DH is at work and I have called and left him a message to call me back ASAP!! This is absolutely mond boggling. I just need some advice on how to live through the next few hours before DH comes home.

My DD and I went to the park about an hour ago. Its a very hot day here in California and I really wanted to stay home and now I wish I did. When we got there, there were four little boys sitting very close together. They were probably between 7 and 8. There was an older boy, I would say he is about 10. OK. No big deal, right? I walk over, wondering if there were any adults with these kids, but I was surprised that there were alone. I thought that was odd that these little boys were alone playing by themselves, but I figured they lived across the streets and their parents were watching them through the kitchen window or whatever...lol.

Anyway, my DD decided to go sit under the shade away from the play area. The kids obviously thought we left and they started....wait for it....MAKING OUT WITH EACH OTHER!! We were a few yards away from them, but I could see them, but they werent smart enough to notice that we were still around. The one kid that was like 7 straddled the much older boy who was 9 or 10 and they were kissing. The other two boys were laying on top of each other right next to them also kissing. I was shocked beyond words, beyond belief. I felt sick to my stomach. I couldnt even look away. I had to take my DD and leave through the other exit. Thankfully she didnt see anything. We were parked right next to the area where they were, so they obviously stopped when they saw us.

I still cant believe it. What has this world come to. I feel so sad right now. I dont know what to do. I just feel like sharing with somebody because I am alone right now and ocmpletely devastated. I feel like driving over there again and saying something, but that might put me and my DD at risk and I just cant take that risk. I would much rather wait for my DH to come home. Should I call the cops, CPS, what?

EDIT: ok. I do have to log off now because I have things to do. However I need to edit my post since a lot of women here do not read well.

These are YOUNG KIDS 7 and 8. The oldest was obviously Older, so maybe 10. These kids were unsupervised. Another NO NO. I do not have a problem with HOMOPHOBIA so whoever thinks this is what this post is about, read through it again, PLEASE!! And because they were fully clothed does not mean that they will not be tempted to go into the restroom and do other unthinkable things in there. They were obviously clothed because they were IN BROAD DAY LIGHT.

Those of you who have 7 years olds and are ok with them "EXPERIMENTING" with other 7 year old, Good luck to YA!!

OK so from reading the entire replies, I do have to say that I have learnt what to do if I encounter something like this again...I would definitely say something to the kids. I must admit I froze, and couldnt react appropiately, I do realize that now.

Also thinking back, it was very obvious that the older kid seemed more of the instigator. And that was why I assumed sexual abuse. He had this odd look in his eyes when we walked by,..They were ALL staring at us funny, but I thought nothing of it...Kids stare...

I am NOT against homosexuals at ALL. I am comfortable with it and actually enjoy going to gay bars with my girlfriends. So that comment above was a typo. I should have said I do not have a problem with homosexuals. The problem is that these are young kids and seeing it happening before my eyes was very disturbing.

were you bothered because they were all boys? or because of their ages?

That was my first thought too.  I understand that at those ages, they should not be doing that whether they are male or female.  But would you have been so upset if it wasn't boys kissing boys?

Omg! That is sooooo young. No parental supervision, what will it be for them in a few more years?

Sounds like kids experimenting. I know it was not fun to watch but don't think there is any reason to call CPS. There parents probablydon't even know. If i saw it again i would let them know i see what there doing and ask where there parents are. Don't get me wrong i'm not saying what they where doing was right but i started to experment when i was 10. I think its pretty common we just dont normally see it out in the open like that.

i don't think I would have reacted any different than you did but then again, I don't know what i would do. Honestly I know of girls that start this type of experimentation around these ages.

So I take it you're a homophobe? I understand these are little boys and I think they are too young to be making out with each other. But it's clear that they are all homosexual and they have found each other to be supportive. Have you been sheltered your whole life to where you have never seen homosexual guys together? Again, I do not condone kids at such a young age making out and straddling each other. But at least they have each other to support each other.

Mommy to an amazing lil boy!

Omg...That's Crazy!! There Just Kids! I Wouldn't Know What To Do. I Probably Woulda Called The Cops Then Walked Up To The Boys And Talked To Them Til The Cops Came So They Could Take The Kids Home. I would Want Their Parents To Know.

OMFG. No way. I would have been freaking out whether it was boys and girls or vise versa. That is friggin crazy. I had to tell my Bf about this. He is like "WTF?! Somebody got into their sisters porn stash"

What the hell is with kids. I kissed a few boys when I was little (7 or 8) but never anything like that.
